This medicine is used for the treatment of cancer and neoplastic diseases (such as breast cancer, head and neck, bladder, lung, cervical, ovarian, colorectal, gastric, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, other solid tumors, gestational trophoblastic disease, leukemia, meningeal leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, mycosis fungoides, osteosarcoma, soft tissue sarcoma, choriocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, trophoblastic neoplasms), autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis, enteropathic arthritis, systemic sclerosis, myositis, sarcoidosis, lupus, Crohn's disease, Cogan's syndrome, Graft-versus-host disease, eczema, vasculitis, juvenile dermatomyositis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, uveitis and localised scleroderma in children, ectopic pregnancy, pemphigoid, bullous pemphigoid, pemphigus, pityriasis rubra pilaris.
