This medication is used to reduce swelling and to relieve the signs and symptoms of pain and inflammation in various painful, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitism, frozen shoulder, temporomandibular joint disorder, primary dysmenorrhoea, postoperative pain, in veterinary medicine. It works by preventing the production of endogenous prostaglandins and relieving pain, tenderness, stiffness and swelling.
