Danazol (trade names include Danocrine, Danatrol, Danogen, Danoval, Gonablok, Ladogal) is a modulator of the genital system and anti allergic medication from antigonadotropins and similar agents pharmacological group. This medicine is indicated for the treatment of endometriosis, fibrocystic breast disease (cysts in the breasts), gynecomastia, breast pain, menorrhagia, premenstrual syndrome, immune thrombocytopenic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, Evans syndrome.
