Lisinopril with Hydrochlorothiazide (trade names include Zestoretic, Acecomb, Co-Lisinopril, Iruzid, Lipril-H, Lisinopril HCT, Lisinopril HCTZ, Lisinopril Plus, Lopril H, Nalapres, Prinzide) is a combined antihypertensive drug containing angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor lisinopril and thiazide diuretic hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) which have additive antihypertensive effect. This medication is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by removing excess fluid from the body and causing blood vessels to relax or widen.
