  • Choline Salicylate with Lidocaine (trade names include Orahelp, Anabel, Dentogel, Dologel, Mosiba Gel, Ora-Fast Gel, Oracool Gel, Orasore Mouth Ulcer Gel, Orex-Lo, Orogard Insta, Soregel, Zytee-L) is a combined antiseptic medication from anesthetics for local oral treatment pharmacological group. This medicine is used to treat various types of mouth ulcers, aphthous ulcers, abrasions in the mouth, toothaches, pain associated with teething, oropharynx inflammation; to relieve pain and discomfort caused by minor mouth sores, irritation, inflammation, swelling, redness, injuries of the mouth and gums. Orahelp contains also benzalkonium chloride which works as an antiseptic. Choline Salicylate as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) functions by blocking the creation of prostaglandins, chemicals that trigger pain and inflammation. Lidocaine (Lignocaine) is a local anaesthetic.
